Capricorn Business & Technology Park Western Cape:
A detailed economic appraisal indicated the need for a high-tech industrial and research facility in the Western Cape. The objectives were to attract leaders in technology and industry and create an environment where sustainable business can be conducted.
HHO Africa were members of the project team responsible for the design of the project and the creation of an environment that would facilitate sustainable development.
HHO Africa carried out the design of the road and footway network and the integration of the network into the environmental planning for the project. The dune area was reshaped around a the focal point of a sinuous lake that also acts as a stormwater attenuation facility.
